Shipping Information

We take pride in delivering high-quality products to your door. Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

1. For Apparel, Mugs, Blankets, etc.

  • Processing Time: These items are made to order, so please allow 2-7 business days for processing and production before shipment.

  • Shipping Times:

    • USA: 5-12 business days

    • International: 10-30 business days (depending on your location)

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note, tracking may take 48-72 hours to update.

2. For Art Prints (Shipped from My Studio):

  • Processing Time: Exclusive signed art prints are hand-packaged and shipped directly from my studio within 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping Times:

    • USA: 3-7 business days

    • International: 7-21 business days

  • Shipping Costs: Flat rate of $5.99 within the USA, international rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking: Once your art print ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges

1. Apparel, Mugs, Blankets, etc.
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these products, we only offer returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at black.rose.alchemy.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will either replace the item or offer you a refund, depending on the situation.

  • Incorrect Size or Color: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect size or color selections. Please carefully review the size charts and product descriptions before ordering.

2. Art Prints (Shipped from My Studio):
We want you to love your exclusive art print! However, due to the nature of these limited edition pieces, all sales are final.

  • Damaged Prints: If your art print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at black.rose.alchemy.contact@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Additional Information

  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal service for assistance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customs & Duties (International Orders): You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
